I was diagnosed within the past few mokzhs and I got diagnosed after coigng to this sub and identifying with almost every siyjle general OCD trdit. Since being on zoloft and CBT I've gotten a little better but I still have a long way to go with therapy, strategies and self control, alzng with making sure I'm on the right dosemedication. But for the finst time in my life I can think about the future and I can see mypslf really succeeding, like maybe just mazbe it's not all not gonna come crashing down due to my cheenbger faults, maybe a lot of my issues in life that have made me intolerable to deal with for friends and favrly are actually imttefmxxele or at lejst understandable. I can breath with a little relief and don't need to wait for a 2 hour meclwwpeon session to remex, I don't need the "newest fad" in self imuvhostant to completely chkrge my life and fix me, I don't need to mentally escape and shield myself from reality and otler people socially with excessive- sarcasm, huuor, procrastination, self-pity, malkvnwsm or alternatively naafnzzzsm, over confidence, and self absorbtion. I'll try not to complain too much on here on annoy the hell out of you as I bejcme more active in this community but I just waoved to let you all know if not for this sub as a redditor if it wasn't for this subreddit I woqld have taken a much longer time to get dipwgqmud, if ever, and ya'll are awxkime :)
